All the prices on the web site are quoted in United States Dollar, and not the actual price due to the product materials price fluctuate at any time. We will confirm the actual price by the time you submit the order or inquiry.
Order and inquiries could be submitted through our order form in the web site or just drop us an email.
Confirmation order will be issued via email once we accept your purchase order with deposit payment.
Price is nett of taxes. Exclude packaging / shipping / import custom fees.
Ready stock products are ready for shipping by the time of paid confirmation order.
Non ready stock products are indent about 2 weeks up to 4 weeks by the time of 50% deposited payment confirmation order.
Minimum Order is based on the cost effective shipment to your destination port.
Bespoke design is available for products order based on your own ideas and we do the design and production. Design fee will be applied to the total production cost.
Production order only is available for products order based on your own design.
Delivery of the products shall be made to the “Delivery address”.
Return products are subject to further discussion on case by case basis.
No refund of deposited payment.
Please bear in mind that most of our products are handmade and as such may contain minor marks or blemishes, which reflect the nature of craft. Products may not therefore always be exact replicas of the photographs used to display the product type. All products are checked before packaging and delivery to ensure fitness for purpose and that they meet our quality standard.
Shipping
- Air freight
Air freight shipment will be carried out by aircraft. Shipment by airfreight is fast but higher cost than sea freight.
Airfreight charges generally will be calculated by weight (kg) or volume weight (length, width, height); depends on which one is higher cost.
B. Sea freight
Sea freight can carried out by FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load)
FCL shipment: Subject to the permitted container size in Indonesia
1. 20 feet container with cubic capacity maximum 30 cubic meters.
2. 40 feet container with cubic capacity maximum 65 cubic meters.
3. 40 High Cube container with cubic capacity maximum 74 cubic meters.
LCL shipment :
For order less than 10 m3, it would be best to carried out by LCL shipment since you’ll not necessary to pay the whole container charge. But takes more times than the FCL.
LCL shipment will be charged by volume. Your items will be shipped together with other party’s shipments in a container.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments should be covered with necessary insurance.
